Suzan is the President of All Things HR, LLC. Suzan has more than twenty five years of human resources, executive level management and business development experience. She has held senior level roles at Molbak’s, LLC, AT&T Wireless Services, Mariposa (dba Charles F. Berg) and Frederick and Nelson.
Suzan is an innovative HR professional skilled at creating cost-effective solutions for complex business problems. She has been recognized for her vision, strategic planning and tactical implementation. Suzan is a results-orientated professional and has experience with both union and non-union settings.
Suzan believes that good HR helps provide a solid foundation for a growing company. Her passion is in facilitating the structuring of clients HR departments that will help to grow and nurture long-term and loyal employees which will in turn grow the client’s business.
Suzan received her Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Snohomish County Human Resource Association.
Janet is a broad-based HR Professional with over 30 years of experience leading the HR function in small and medium sized companies. She has held senior leadership positions in a wide spectrum of industries including broadcasting, telecommunications, transportation, retail and medical device manufacturing. Janet’s positions have also had multiple sites and state responsibilities.
As a dedicated HR generalist, Janet is effective in strategic leadership, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance and has extensive labor relationship experience. As a consultant, Janet has worked with many start-up companies to develop, implement and manage HR practices. Her hands-on approach is successful in establishing HR priorities, developing workplace relationships, creating solutions within the company’s culture and becoming a strong business partner.
Janet is a graduate of Washington State University and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Karin brings over 17 years of human resources experience to All Things HR, and has enjoyed every bit through the satisfaction that comes with the success of her colleagues due to the contributions she's made.
Prior to joining All Things HR, Karin was Director of Human Resources for Cruise West where she managed a team of six responsible for hiring over 200 employees per year. When Cruise West acquired Clipper Cruise lines in 2006, Karin oversaw the largest influx of new employees in company history. Her team processed over 100 Clipper employees in just under two days, which included managing two sets of personnel processes designed to introduce and encourage adoption of the Cruise West brand and values.
Karin has also held the title of Human Resources Manager for Personnel Management Systems Incorporated where her primary function was to help small to mid-size companies in a variety of industries establish or improve their human resources functions.
Karin has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits, and greatly enjoys helping her colleagues find creative solutions to complicated challenges. In her free time, Karin volunteers for an organization titled Outdoors for All, which offers kids with disabilities an opportunity to experience the great outdoors in a variety of ways. She too loves to run, hike and ski every chance she gets, and feels the same way about travel.
Kimberlee has over twelve years of experience in the human resources profession. Her HR experience spans the industries of high tech, health care, real estate, non-profits, law, and hospitality. Kimberlee has worked with small and mid-sized companies to ensure labor law compliance and to design HR policies and programs that align best practices with company goals. Prior to joining All Things HR in 2005, Kimberlee was the HR Director for ElderHealth Northwest (now Full Life Care), where she provided leadership through a time of new business growth and acquisition.
Most recently she has worked with Cancer Research and Biostatistics (CRAB), Sound Options, Inc., 3R Technology, Pactel Solutions, and Strategic Edge Partners.
Kimberlee received her BA from the University of Washington and has achieved certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Angela Goto is a collaborative human resource professional with ten years of experience gained in a fast paced retail environment. She has worked with workgroups both large and small in union and non-union environments.
Before joining the All Things HR team, Angela was a Human Resource Business Partner at Sterling Savings Bank. Her role as a strategic partner in supporting the forty-eight branches within the Northwest Retail Area included a strong focus in employee relations, performance management and recruitment.
Angela’s career began at Macys Northwest. She served in several Human Resource positions of increasing responsibility in stores, the Division Headquarters and finally as a Regional Recruiter for the twelve stores in the North Region.
She demonstrates a commitment to building a solid partnership with managers and employees to meet objectives or identify mutually agreeable resolutions consistent with the organization's values and priorities.
Angela is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Lake Washington Human Resource Association.
Beth has over five years of experience in recruiting. Her experience includes recruiting for high tech, health care, higher education, manufacturing, design and non-profit companies. Beth provides efficient, through and individualized full cycle recruiting services with small to mid-size companies. Her approach is collaborative, detailed and prompt. Prior to joining All Things HR in 2007, Beth was the Clinical Director for ElderHealth Northwest (now Full Life Care), where she was responsible for the clinical supervision and management of adult day health centers, serving over 400 low-income, frail adults and their families.
Most recently she has worked with The University of Puget Sound, Volunteers of America, WCI and Bank and Office Interiors.
Beth received her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
